Kailasa connotes divine bliss, spiritual elevation, and peace.
In Sanskrit, Kailasa (कैलास) refers to Mount Kailash, a sacred mountain in the Himalayas. It is considered the spiritual abode of Lord Shiva in Hinduism, as well as a significant site in Buddhism, Jainism, and Bon traditions.
The term, Kailasa, itself is derived from “kelāsa,” meaning crystal, symbolizing purity and transcendence.
Our Kailasa Cashmere Coat is ethically made in North India, from the softest Cashmere of the Himalayan Region. It feels like a fluffy cloud, or a soft kitten on bare skin.
Wear this garment alone as a light, yet warm coat; as a bathrobe at home; kimono; or as a layering piece with your favourite jacket or vest in autumn and winter.
